My approach to helping you is completely tailored to you and your needs. There isn’t a one fits all approach. Everyone is different, everyone is unique with their own challenges and goals, and I will work with you to meet your own individual targets.
The fitness plan that we work on together will fit in with your lifestyle, your work and family. Together we will discuss any nutritional or weight management goals, any aspect of your life which could benefit from the skills of life coaching, and any fitness instructions to help you reach the objectives you set for yourself.
And we won’t be slogging it at the gym.
We will work wherever you feel most comfortable. Outside, at my place, or within the sanctuary of your own home.

About Beyond Potential
My journey as a personal trainer and lifestyle coach began in early 2019 when I achieved my qualifications. I began training my close friends and family, and through this I realised my own potential to help others. As I developed as both a person and a trainer, I created my own goal of providing a service that everyone could access, to embrace an individual’s unique abilities and tailor-make a plan to help them achieve their own goals. Thus, the core values of Beyond Potential were born:

- A safe non-judgmental space for all.
In 2020 I launched Beyond Potential with the following mission.

Like you, I struggled to find time for myself and taking care of my own health. At forty-years-old, I couldn’t run half a mile without feeling like my lungs were going to explode. It was disheartening. At times, I wanted to give up, telling myself I wasn’t going to get any better, so there wasn’t any point in trying.
Rather than focusing on my ultimate, long term goal of running a marathon, I broke my exercise regime down into small, manageable steps. As I persevered with my smaller, attainable goals I started to realise something.
I felt better!
No, not just better. I had more energy to spend with those I cared about. My self-confidence had increased and translated over to my job. The most important thing of all? I felt content within myself!
